Global Warming is a Global Problem Needing a Global Response

Following the latest worrying figures published by Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change projecting that a 1.5 degrees Celsius rise could come a decade earlier, by early 2030, it serves as a wake up call for all of us to come together and push for net zero within the next few years. The effects of global warming has many different factors driving its momentum, and a collective approach must be observed for the efforts to have any sustained positive outcome.

There is very little time left to be dabbling around with unfocused, piece-meal efforts. That time is well and truly over. A rigid, targeted and precision-based approach must start now to reduce global warming and ensure our planet’s sustainability, before it is too late. Just 3 degrees Celsius of temperature increase will result in global chaos and disarray, with anything further increase putting the survival of human race into question.

The Ocean plays a big part in the global warming equation, with dire ramifications seen when the delicate balance is broken.

Ocean Blocks will form a critical piece of the puzzle in keeping the aquaculture balance in check by building an enforceable, trustless ledger-based decentralised system for multiple authorities from different geographical locations to govern the waters that it is responsible for. The crucial role that the aquaculture plays in broader sustainability efforts of our planet is vital and should not be dismissed.

Be part of the journey of Ocean Blocks, whether it’d be at an individual level or venture / investments level. Let’s drive change together.
